We use the USPS 3-day priority shipping option. Living on an island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean sometimes redefines "3-day", resulting in longer transit by a couple of days.
In case of unusual delays or lost packages, please contact us to resolve the issue. We will always strive to find a solution.
Return & Exchange Policy
We are not a large plantation or corporation . We are a small, dedicated coffee farm requiring our full involvement in every step of the way. The coffee you receive has several extra layers of intricacy and collaboration that hardly any other coffee production company provides. Much work and care goes into producing this exquisite and singular coffee.
We simply cannot afford a blanket, no-questions-asked return policy. However, we strive for your full satisfaction. We will replace the coffee you have purchased at no extra cost if damaged upon arrival, or its integrity has been compromised in any way . Furthermore, if its constituency or taste has been compromised in any way during transit, we will also replace your product at no extra cost.
Whichever the case, we will ask you to send the product back to us. This way, we can analyze the cause of the problem at hand, helping us remedy and improve our shipping methods.
