Single Origin, Ka'u Coffee
We have partnered with friend farms from the south side of the Island to bring you Single-Origin Ka'u Coffee.
Recommended Roast profile: Medium-Dark, Dark
Kau Coffee tends to have the fullest body of all Hawaiian coffees due to its rich and deep soils. This south-facing region of the island has the longest sun exposure converting more sugars in the coffee cherry, bringing out a caramel-like malty sweetness. Overall, it is robust, spicy and sweet.
Notes: caramel, malt, savory, macadamia notes with a textured body.
