We have partnered with friend farms from the other side of the Island to bring you World-Famous Single-Origin Kona Coffee.
Recommended Roast Profile: Blond, Medium-Blond
Kona Coffee has the softest body of all Hawaiian coffees. Located in the west facing region of the Island, it gets most of the afternoon sun creating a delicate and nuanced “soft palate” with a rich floral and frutal range and light acidity. A distinct “rose family” fruit palette is present such as peaches and apricots.
Notes: Peach, apricot, nectarine, hibiscus and a "soft" body characteristic of older volcanic soil.
